Kristel Potsepp

Kristel Birgit Potsepp was a Junior Research Fellow at the ICDS, specialising in Russia, disinformation, civil society, and energy policy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and International Relations and a master’s degree in European Studies from the University of Tartu, where she focused on the Belarusian diaspora. She spent a year in New York City interning at the non-profit diplomatic advisory group Independent Diplomat, working on involving non-state actors from conflict regions in the UN Security Council agenda and public diplomacy. She is part of the BAFF alumni.
