François-Xavier Chevallerau is a seasoned expert consultant and public policy professional with over twenty-five years’ experience in policy and management consulting for international public and private-sector clients, primarily the EU institutions and agencies. He has worked across multiple domains, including public policy research, analysis and benchmarking, and policy, programme, and project evaluation in areas such as home affairs and security, digital policy, regional development, and energy, among others. He is also the founder of BiophysEco.org, an international policy network exploring the role of energy in the economy and more broadly in human society and history, including from a security standpoint.
