ICDS Chief Executive Dmitri Teperik participated in the 11th Europe–Ukraine Forum, which was held in Rzeszów, Poland on 13-14 March 2018.
Mr. Teperik contributed as a speaker to the panel discussion on social aspects of aggression and occupation. In his speech, he highlighted main challenges for societal resilience in eastern Ukraine. According to the findings from field research, conducted by the ICDS team in 2017, restoring social bonds will require not some short-term oriented strategies or single law, but rather a comprehensive approach to strengthening national resilience in Ukraine.
