ICDS research fellow Ivo Juurvee participated as presenter and a panelist discussion on societal security and resilience in Helsinki on 24 August.
Event organized at the Finnish Institute of International Affairs brought together researchers and practitioners from Estonia, Russia and Sweden. The discussion exposed not only similarities and difference between national approaches to the problem but also raised some theoretical questions and underlined the importance of resilience.
