Henrik Praks is a senior analyst at the European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats in Helsinki. Prior to this, he held various positions within the Estonian Ministry of Defence, focusing on defence and security policy, regional security, NATO, and EU defence issues. He also worked at the Baltic Defence College (BALTDEFCOL) as a Lecturer in Strategic Studies and as a research fellow at the ICDS, where he was also Director of the Annual Baltic Conference on Defence (ABCD).
