The Russia-Belarus Union and the Common Foreign Policy of the European Union

They must be thrilled in the Kremlin. In the one place where the European Union’s Common Security and Foreign Policy (CSFP) might actually mean something – relations with the EU’s eastern neighbourhood – it has proved completely useless. Indeed worse than useless.
