On 7 November European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats in cooperation with Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Eastern Europe Studies Centre held a conference “Russia’s Influence in the Baltic Sea Region: National and Institutional Experiences in Countering Hybrid Threats” in Vilnius
ICDS research fellow Ivo Juurvee participated an academic panel with Nerijus Maliukevičius (Vilnius University), Agnia Grigas (Atlantic Council), Vytautas Keršanskas (EESS), chaired by Hanna Smith (HybridCoE),and Greg Steverton (former chair of the US National Intelligence Council) as discussant.
