If You Want War, Prepare for Peace?

By openly admitting that we, the Western countries, are more afraid of both a Cold War and a hot war than the Kremlin, we expose our ‘red lines’. As a result, when searching for non-military solutions, we are forced to stand practically stark naked on the diplomatic front as well.
