Felix Gasper is a junior research fellow in the defence policy and strategy programme at ICDS since October 2024. His research focuses on NATO, EU and regional defence policy and strategy, defence spending, as well as NATO and EU enlargement.
He is holding a master’s degree of the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and graduated also at Sciences Po (Institut d’études politiques) Rennes, both as part of the “German French integrated study program of political science”.
