Estonia and the world in the past year – fifty-sixty

It has become customary during the past years to use the term fifty-sixty while assessing situations that may possibly occur. It has been a while – or indeed there may never have been such a time in the history of the world – since events were influenced by so many multi-level factors that no ordinary equations or theoretical assessment models seem to work.
