Estonian Reserve Officers’ Association held its annual Baltic Sea Cooperation Seminar in Narva and Narva-Jõesuu on 13-15 October.
Reserve officers from Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Norway, Poland, Sweden and UK were listening to lectures, participating discussions and excursions for three days.
The lecturers were Commander of ESTSOF COL Riho Ühtegi, MAJ Uku Arold from Strategic Communication Department of Estonian DF HQ and PhD Ivo Juurvee from ICDS. Juurvee spoke about the mindset of Estonian Russian-speakers and its evolvement.
