On 1 February ICDS research fellow Ivo Juurvee gave a lecture “Small states playing smart: Estonian example” at the Intensive Winter Course “Economic Security and Foreign Policy in Small States: Challenges and Opportunities”
The course was organized jointly by Vilnius University Institute of International Relations and Political Science and University of Iceland Institute of International Affairs. The participants were mainly PhD students from various European countries.
