Through the Tallinn Scholarship, the ICDS offers three- to six-month research positions to young or mid-career professionals interested in carrying out policy-oriented research related to the foreign and domestic policies of Russia and other countries in Russia’s neighbourhood.
The Tallinn Scholarship is open to researchers from the CIS countries, Ukraine and Georgia. A key aim of the Scholarship is to develop cooperation between the ICDS and research institutions in these countries. The ICDS expects to publish the results of the research of Scholarship recipients at the conclusion of their time in Tallinn.
As well as a short-term research position at ICDS, Scholarship recipients will receive travel and accommodation costs and a monthly honorarium.
