Spanish weekly magazine El Temps (The Times) published an interview with Piret Pernik, ICDS Research Fellow.
Pernik spoke about activities of the Estonian government to ensure cyber security focusing on education and training programmes, as well as the importance of whole-of-society cooperation. She also outlined the main features of Russia’s use of cyberspace to undermine liberal democracies.
