ICDS Chief Executive Dmitri Teperik participated in the workshop on Russia’s (dis-)information activities against the Nordic-Baltic region. The main aim of this Subject Matter Experts workshop was to define Russia’s information activities, to identify the tools used for this purpose and the narratives used in the Nordic-Baltic region. The event organized by the NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence in Latvia on October 18, 2016.
