ICDS Chief Executive Dmitri Teperik participated in the working seminar entitled “Crisis Management and Strategic Management in a Hybrid Warfare Environment”, which took place in Warsaw, Poland on 26 October 2017.
The seminar aimed at discussing crisis management in a broad hybrid warfare environment. Experts from NATO, Poland, Estonia, Ukraine and other countries analysed the environment prone to hybrid warfare and responses available to state actors, e.g. by identifying means to enhance resilience and strengthen civil preparedness. The seminar was opened by Mr. James Appathurai, NATO Deputy Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs. The event was organized in the framework of the NATO-Ukraine Platform on Countering Hybrid Warfare.
