ICDS Chief Executive Dmitri Teperik participated in the Annual Conference on Russia, which was organised by the Baltic Defence College in Tartu on 15-17 February 2017.
During the session on Russia’s non-linear warfare in practise, Mr. Teperik presented research results of the ICDS study on hostile information operations against the first line of defence in Ukraine. Later that day, he also moderated the “night owl” session, where several cases studies of hybrid warfare in Georgia and Ukraine were discussed.
