ICDS was visited on February 18th by a delegation of students and staff from the Swedish Defence University´s Advanced Command Staff Course. The focus of the visit was to learn about the Estonian experiences of hybrid warfare.
Research Fellow Henrik Praks spoke about the general threat picture and challenges and difficulties associated with hybrid threats.
Riina Kaljurand introduced the study of “Estonia’s Virtual Russian World: The Implications of Russian Media on the Estonian Russian Speakers”.
