On 7th of April Athena Katsoulos, US Press and Policy Outreach Director, from the US Department of State from the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs visited ICDS. She met with the Director of the Centre, Mr Jüri Luik and the Chief Executive, Mr Dmitri Teperik. Main subjects of the discussion were related to Russian propaganda efforts, its methods and aims.
