Kristi Raik, Director of the Estonian Foreign Policy Institute at ICDS, was a speaker at the Fourth Annual Conference on Russia, titled “Russia in 2018: Challenges and Responses?”, organized by the Baltic Defence College on 8 -9 March 2018 in Tartu.
She contributed to the panel on “Importance of Russian Challenges and Threats for Nordic Countries”.
