Research Fellow Henrik Praks participated at a discussion organised in Washington on May 5 by the German Marshall Fund. The meeting brought together American, Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian officials and experts for an roundtable discussion of pressing security issues facing the Baltic states and transatlantic partners. The conversation examined key issues in the run-up to the Warsaw NATO Summit. Additionally, the discussion reflected on the US-Baltic relations and the various political-military dynamics of that relationship in an evolving geopolitical context.
