26-28 October 2007 Merle Maigre, researcher of the ICDS, participated at the “Intern-University Seminar on Armed Forces and Society” biennial international conference in Chicago, US. Merle presented a paper at the conference on “Post-Communist Transition in Civil-Military Relations in the Context of NATO Expansion. The Case of Ukraine”.
