On 1 September 2016 ICDS Research Fellow Piret Pernik delivered a lecture to Kazakh public administration officials at the workshop entitled “Strategy and Policy Solutions to Protecting Cyberspace” that was held on 1-2 Septemberin Astana, Kazakhstan.
She focused on the development of a Whole-of-Society approch in national cyber security strategies and shared Estonian best public-private-partnership collaboration practices in the fields of the development of secure data exchange architecture and organisation, awareness raising, education, taining, and excercises, as well as preparadness. Piret also participated at the discussion panel on 2 September.
