On 22-25 February ICDS Research Fellow Piret Pernik attended NATO SAS-116 “Military Strategic Level Decision Making within a (future) framework of Cyber Resilience” Research Task Group meeting in Orlando, the U.S. The Research Task Group investigates the effects and influence of cyber on the strategic and high operational level decisions.
