On April 5 ICDS Research Fellow Henrik Praks spoke at the seminar in Berlin titled “NATO Summit in Warsaw – challenges and expectations”. During the seminar experts from think tanks and research institutes from Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Norway, Poland and Slovakia discussed their respective countries perspectives on the upcoming NATO summit. The attendance included representatives from various German government institutions, Berlin-based think tanks and locally accredited NATO defence attaché’s. The event was organised by the Polish and Czech Embassies in Berlin.
