On 3rd of March 2016, ICDS Chief Executive Dmitri Teperik spoke at the international conference “Strengthening social resilience against hybrid challenges in the Baltic region”, held in Vilnius at the Lithuanian Parliament. Dmitri Teperik gave a presentation on influence of hostile information operations in the Baltic countries.
The international conference was organised by the National Defence Foundation in cooperation with the Colonels Association and Lithuanian National Security and Defence Committee.
