Dmitri Teperik on Security Dimension of the Trimarium Initiative

Invited by the Polish Institute for Eastern Studies, ICDS Chief Executive Dmitri Teperik gave a speech on security dimension of the Trimarium initiative, a regional project aimed at promoting and developing cooperation among the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.

Public discussion entitled “Adriatic-Baltic-Black Sea. Visions of Cooperation.” took place in the Croatian capital of Zagreb on 30 October 2017. In his speech, Dmitri Teperik highlighted several important aspects of regional security which could be strengthened by a more comprehensive cooperation between the allies. Particularly, he focused on common hybrid threats, creating capacity for a better situation awareness and coordinated reaction as well as trust building for a stronger national resilience.
