On 21-23February 2016, ICDS Chief Executive Dmitri Teperik participated as a panelist in the seminar “NATO’s Neighborhood: Stability Generation”, held in Tbilisi, Georgia organized by the German Marshall Fund and the Institute of World Policy.
Dmitri Teperik delivered a speech on the session entitled “Combating Hybrid Warfare: Cases of Russian Disinformation and Propaganda” and later participated in the panel discussion with experts from Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova and Germany. In his speech, Dmitri Teperik addressed several key issues required for strengthening national resilience to modern hybrid threats.
