On 9 December 2016 ICDS Research Fellow Piret Pernik participated at the working lunch in Helsinki hosted by the Finnish Ministry of Defence in the honour of Dr Daniel Hamilton, Executive Director of the Centre for Transatlantic Relations, The School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), John Hopkins University.
In her statement Pernik recommended practical ways to enhance resilience in the context of cyber security in NATO nations and in NATO partner countries. The event was organised in the occasion of launching a study published by the SAIS entitled “Forward Resilience: Protecting Society in an Interconnected World.” The study can be accessed on the SAIS website.
