Valentin Raabe

Valentin Raabe is a second-year international relations master student at the University of Tartu. His academic interests centre on security dynamics in the Baltic Sea Region and Europe, particularly maritime security and defence-industrial cooperation, with an emphasis on the Baltic States and Poland. He has previously worked in in a German state parliament and currently participates in a Baltic Sea Region youth advocacy programme through the Council of Baltic Sea States. He is an intern at the ICDS under the defence programme.
