Pauline Le Grand

Pauline Le Grand recently completed an MSc in E‑Governance Technology and Services at Tallinn University of Technology. She has interned at the NATO Defense College in Rome, at the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) and the American Foreign Policy Council (AFPC) in Washington, D.C., at the Rondeli Foundation (GFSIS) in Tbilisi, and in the Defence programme at ICDS. Her interests include European defence, emerging threats, and eastern Europe and the Caucasus.
