Lukas is studying the master’s programme “War and Conflict Studies” at the University of Potsdam and was an intern at ICDS in February and March 2024. He has a bachelor’s degree in history and philosophy from the University of Freiburg. His special interests are defence policy, Baltic Sea security and NATO.
