Luca Rogers
Master’s student at the University of Duisburg-EssenLuca Rogers is a master’s student in international relations at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany. He specialises in European defence policy and Russia’s policy in the post-Soviet space. He is currently working as an intern at the ICDS, where he assists with the Defence Policy & Strategy Programme.
