Jonathan Berkshire Miller

Jonathan Berkshire Miller is the co-founder and principal of Pendulum Geopolitical Advisory, a global consultancy under the Pendulum Group, headquartered in Ottawa, where he leads high-level engagements on geopolitical risk and strategy. In addition to his work with Pendulum, Mr Miller is a Senior Fellow at the Ottawa-based Macdonald-Laurier Institute, where he provides thought leadership on foreign policy and national security. He also holds concurrent fellowships with Asian Forum Japan, serving as a Senior Fellow on East Asian affairs, with a particular focus on Indo-Pacific security dynamics and regional diplomacy. Mr Miller sits on several boards, including the World Anti-Extremism Network, the Journal of Geoeconomics, and the North American advisory board of the International House of Japan. He is also a member of the research committee at the Research Institute for Peace and Security (RIPS) in Japan.
