Dr Panda is a Senior Fellow at The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies (the Netherlands). As a senior expert on East Asia and Indo-Pacific affairs, Dr Panda has testified to the US-China Economic and Security Review Commission at the US Congress on “China and South Asia.” He is the Series Editor for Routledge Studies on Think Asia. Dr Panda is named as one of the “Strategic Affairs Thinkers of the Next Decade” by The Print.
