Caleb Briskman

Caleb Briskman is a student at the George Washington University studying International Affairs with a concentration on Eastern European defence policy. He is currently interning at the ICDS while studying at Tallinn University for the Spring 2025 semester. Prior to this, he held a legislative internship for U.S. Congressman Brad Sherman, the senior-most democrat on the House Foreign Affairs Committee (2024). Caleb also worked as a full-time Research Intern at the International Institute for Counterterrorism in Herzliya, Israel, where he researched the Wagner Group’s terroristic battle tactics in Bakhmut and worked on European Commission grant proposals focused on counterterrorism, policing, and human rights (2023).
