Arthur Leveque
Arthur is a former ICDS intern and a former Schuman Trainee at the European Parliament, in the Directorate General for External Policies – Unit for Russia and Eastern Partnership, where he worked extensively on EU-Ukraine relations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Lille and a master’s degree in European Studies from Sorbonne Nouvelle University. His areas of interest are French foreign policy towards Ukraine, Russia, and the Baltic states, EU-Ukraine relations, Ukraine’s reforms towards the EU and NATO, EU Enlargement, and Russia’s foreign policy. He speaks Ukrainian and Russian.
