Activation of US in Karabakh process can play positive role

“The Nagorno-Karabakh remains unresolved not for the reason that the co-chairs do not seek to do so. The matter is that presidents do not trust each other. Someone needs to help build trust between them,” said Bryza.

In his view, such a mediator can be the Obama administration or Secretary of State Kerry.
