Vladimir Socor has joined ICDS

The International Centre for Defence Studies (ICDS) is proud to announce that Vladimir Socor has joined ICDS as a Non-Resident Senior Fellow.  Mr. Socor, currently a Senior Fellow at the Jamestown Foundation in Washington, DC, is one of the West’s most insightful and prolific experts on European and Eurasian security, focusing in particular on regional conflicts, energy security, and Russia’s realties with its neighbors.  Mr. Socor previously worked as an international affairs columnist for the Wall Street Journal.
