Visit of delegation from the College of Europe, Natolin Campus

As a part of their study trip “The Baltic and European (In-) Security Dilemmas”, 30 students from the College of Europe, Natolin Campus visited ICDS with an objective to learn more about the topics of hybrid warfare and hybrid security, including Baltic and European security in the context of Russian hybrid-warfare challenge, Baltic region’s energy, infrastructure and cyber security and Baltic and Ukrainian state and societal resilience in the context of new security challenges.

ICDS Research Fellows Henrik Praks and Anna Bulakh with ICDS’ Chief Executive Dmitri Teperik were delighted to discuss these important topics and share their experience and views with young and promising students.
