A Foreign Policy Checklist for the U.S. Elections

When you read this, all of us will know the outcome of the November 2 elections in the United States. When I am writing it, however, none of us knows for sure. But that does not mean that we cannot specify the range of probable outcomes at the ballot box, suggest which ones are the most likely and indicate the ways in which these different outcomes may play out in America’s relations with the rest of the world.
