Ambassador (ret.) Pauli Järvenpää participated on 28-30 November 2016 in the Berlin Security Conference 2016 and spoke at a panel on “Hybrid Security and National Resilience – Key Requirements for Europe’s Stability“.
The other panelists were Dr. John L. Clarke, Director of Studies, George Marshall European Center for Security Studies, Rami Efrati, Colonel (res), former Head Civilian Sector Division, Israel National Cyber Bureau, Prime Minister’s Office, Founder and President, Firmitas Cyber Solutions, Lieutenant General (ret.) Dr. Klaus Olshausen, former President, Clausewitz Association, and Dr. Jamie Shea, Deputy Assistant Secretary General for Emerging Security Challenges, NATO HQ. The panel was chaired by Ambassador Jiri Sedivy, Permanent Representative of the Czech Republic to NATO.
