ICDS participated at the Warsaw Security Forum

On 8-9 November ICDS Chief Executive Dmitri Teperik, and Research Fellows Kalev Stoicescu and Piret Pernik, as well as non-resident Research Fellow Henrik Parks participated at the Warsaw Security Forum organised by the Casimir Pulaski Foundation.

The two day forum consisted of numerous plenary sessions dedicated to security issues, particularly those related to the future of NATO; the Common Security and Defence Policy of the European Union, including relations with the Russian Federation; energy security; border states of NATO and the European Union; new threats; and security in the economic, military and politic dimensions. Dmitri Teperik and Kalev Stoicescu participated also at round-table entitled “Trust. Transatlantic-Russia Strategic Table” where experts discussed how to build scenarios for future of socio-political developments in Russia and how should we operate in the distorted informational environment.
