Chief Executive of the International Centre for Defence and Security, Mr. Dmitri Teperik participated in the annual conference “Common Sense vs Radicalization: What we need to know?” organised by the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences in Tallinn on November 30, 2016.
Dmitri Teperik gave a speech on hostile influence activities in Eastern Ukraine, where the recent events have shown, skilful suasion enables to radicalize a certain part of the population so that in a suitable situation and with strong external support these people are willing to raise arms even against their own country.
