Tony Lawrence presented ICDS’s latest book, Apprenticeship, Partnership, Membership: Twenty Years of Defence Development in the Baltic States, in Riga today. The event, organised by the Center for Security and Defence Research of the Latvian National Defence Academy, took place at the Latvian War Museum. The book, edited by ICDS researchers Tony Lawrence and Tomas Jermalavičius, compares various aspects of defence development in the three Baltic states in the first twenty years since their re-independence.
