French Minister of State for European Affairs visited ICDS

Amélie de Montchalin, French Minister of State for European Affairs, in charge of European Affairs, visited ICDS on 1 July 2020.

Sven Sakkov, Director of the ICDS and Kristi Raik, Director of the Estonian Foreign Policy Institute at the ICDS set the scene for a challenging exchange of views on EU recovery fund and efforts on enhancing European security and defence.

The Minister of State, ICDS research fellows and invited guests also elaborated on relations EU-China and Russia.
