On March 24 French delegation of the Institute for Higher National Defence Studies (IHEDN) visited ICDS. Research fellows Kalev Stoicescu, Henrik Praks and Piret Pernik gave a short overview of the Centre which was followed by a briefing about Russia`s actions and motivation in Estonia and in a wider context. In addition the matters relating to cyber defence were covered. In Q&A round also the topics relating to hybrid threats, economic dependence on Russia and differences between Estonia and Finland were discussed.
