Estonian MFA Undersecretary Gives a Lecture to 50 Dutch University Students at the ICDS

On 11 April 2016, 50 Dutch students from University of Utrecht visited the International Centre for Defence and Security, where they were briefed by Dmitri Teperik, ICDS Chief Executive, on research portfolio and ongoing activities. That was followed by an overviewing lecture on Estonia’s foreign policy and recent security challenges, presented by Kyllike Sillaste-Elling, Undersecretary for Political Affairs, Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
