Naomi Breuer is a third-year economics and international relations student at Stanford University. Her research interests include European security, democratic resilience, and transatlantic relations, with a particular focus on Germany. Her work also explores Russia, information security, and the intersection of political and economic developments. She has experience in journalism and policy research. In summer 2026, she was an intern at the ICDS under the security and resilience programme, where she contributed to research on German defence and security issues.
