Didi Kirsten Tatlow is Senior Fellow of the Asia Program at the German Council on Foreign Relations in Berlin, Germany, and Senior Non-resident Fellow at Project Sinopsis in Prague, Czechia. Her work focuses on China, particularly its relations with Europe and technology transfer, as well as on China’s relations with Hong Kong and Taiwan.
